Bad service

Hi TO WHOM IT MAY COCERN For the last four months i have been trying to get an invoice from Joburg a world class African city. I have spent a lot of time on the phone listening to the horrible music, no ONE bothers to answer or now and they a message chips in we have a high call volume, or no reply from registering on the internet, no password i was at there offices i n Braamfontein what a mess????
