Bad service

I have been wwaithimg since yesterday for them to switched on my water supply. The 72hours has been exceeded, when I eventually got hold of them all the technician could say is that he had a lot of recconections to do. I mean really? Do they only have 1 technician to reconnect services AND they could not locate the people that came and cut my water so now they offer me a new meter. I have been phoning them since 07:30 this morning, promising that I will have water... Well it's 15:26 and still nothing. This service is pathetic!!!!
