Bad bad service

Been waiting for a refund since May. Have not gotten any money back nor am I getting any feedback anymore. I told them I'm leaving SA and did not want to leave any unfinished business here. They told me it would be done before I leave but nothing as yet. I am leaving on 26 July now and no satisfaction. I have called the attorney to find out if any funds was transferred to them but they said no. COJ Roodepoort must pay to them first. Am I just not the right color or what?
