On January 2020 I went to Jorissen to complain about my meter leaking and they promised to send someone but no one showed up, On the 7th of October i went again and they gave me a statement telling me that my water bill was R1400,03 and i made arrangements, two months down the line i receive a sms telling me that i owe them R247 772.08 i went again and asked them why is my water bill so high they told me that maybe there is a leakage in my yard and told me to hire a professional plumber to check, i did hire a professional plumber and he said to me there is no leakage in my yard.

I went again on the 28th of June 2021 to and told them about what the plumber said to me but they didn't know how to assist me.
