Bad attitude from Smanga

I went to City of JHB in Jorrison street to query our Family electricity account. The consultant after having consulted her managers advised me to go to the Florida Branch and ask for Mr Shaun Govender as he was the only one that could resolve our issue. When I got to Florida I was assisted by a certain Smanga Nkosi who claimed to be a floor manager. Instead of leading by example Smanga gave me the worst service I have ever received. He could not help me with my query and he did not want to refer me to Shaun. He said and I quote \because I am saying so". He did not want me to speak to Shaun at all. <br> <br> Smanga does not deserve to be a manager at all as he does not have respect for clients. """
