APPALLING SERVICE AND HARASSMENT

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE. When calling ********** 778 I got through to Chris Lameke (not sure of the spelling) who was INCREDIBLY rude and who started screaming at me and threatening to disconnect my services after I queried my account. My payments have been up to date, and all of a sudden I am now being told that I have to pay everything that is on my invoice including the amounts in 30/60 days due and if not paid in full I will be disconnected. When I went to their Randburg branch I was told otherwise - that as long as I paid the amount in the current section, my account would be in good standing. The sudden change is completely unacceptable and the service and attitude and general harassment I experienced from CHRIS LAMEKE was absolutely disgusting!!!!
