Angry

We have been expiriencing problems for than 5 years now, our main box outside is always on fire and exposed however no has bothered to come help. We would sometimes go for a week or two with no electricity and it's only 4 houses in our street cause we sharing that box, city power never bothered to come fix it even we reported for so many times. Highly disappointed or actually angry about this whole matter.
