Am not happy with the billing

I do not understand how you bill , this month the people I stay with they went home for school holidays they re not yet back. I was left alone in the house , how come am I being billed even more than last month where everyone was around.

Am so hurt and disappointed every month am busy paying bit all you do is to bill me more and more.
