Am annoyed

So on Monday I called to lodge a complaint about my meter that is faulty, they said they will attend to it in 24 hours and will call me once at my property, today its Wednesday, I get members saying they are from joburg water and they disrespect my helper because am not there and telling her to verify with me, they will not call me or wait for her to call me, I mean in an area where there is so much crime, why mistreat my helper no accreditation either...,when I call to find out from the call center they kept me holding for 20 minutes. This is unfair
