A **** DISGRACE!!!!

We never had any problems when it comes to the Roodepoort municipality service delivery BUT recently it has become a nightmare. We got a blocked drain and we had 3 different plumber companies come out to try and open the block drain. 3 times we had to pay for there service even though they did not get the drain open. They advised us that the drain is blocked on the municipality section. THIS IS WERE THE NIGHTMARE BEGAN. We reported it from last week Monday 13/7/2020 in the morning About 08:30am – REF was *** They said 24-48 hours We waited and waited and absolutely no service ( cant complain about the service as there is none ) On the 15/7/2020 They still haven’t pitched. On my way home from work I actually saw the municipality working on another drain just 2 blocks from our house Michael brink street. We phoned the municipality again and told them they are just 2 blocks from us are they still coming to us today as that was the 48 hours mark? There response was they were there yesterday case Closed. There is no change in hell that they were there like they said. My parents are both pensioners so they are at home the whole day especially with the Covid 19 saga. I asked the lady so what now they were never here she said sorry and we had to lock a new case with REF ***. Buy this time no one has came out we waited the 48 hours nothing happened again. We then approached the DA and they helped us to lock a call with them this was on the 20/7/2020 REF ***. Today is the 23/07/2020 and I have attached photos and a video of how it looks there now.. We live on the the corner so the whole streets **** and ******s and tampons even diapers overflow in our yard. There is a school next to us Dynamic Kids that by the way never asked any permission what so ever to have a school there. I am pretty sure if you open a school like that in a residential area you must ask for permission Like I said my parents are pensioners now they must listen to screaming and shouting the whole day ( kids and Teachers ). But I am not here for that now. So the school is next to us it smells horrible it’s a big health risk. I got 3 children of my own and they cant even go play outside because how do I explain to a 1year 7 and 10 year old what is a used strawberry government ****** is or a used tampon or faeces almost bigger that our dogs. Yes so we have 4 dogs too that is drinking that faeces water we cant lock the dogs up neither can we look after them the whole day. WE HAVE A WORK TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is the 23/07/2020 If this attempt fail. I am going to hire a truck that sucks out the water in the drain go to the Roodepoort municipality and release all that **** in there offices. If they want to live in the **** we don’t
