9 Years of sewer seepage is enough!

For 9 years we have had water seepage coming down the rocks behind our complex in Oakdene. We subsequently found it was from the blocked drains of the United Cerebral Palsy Association's blocked sewerage pipes.<br> Once the blockage was cleared it stopped - then when it was blocked we would call again and so it went on for years..... We - myself and the UCPA called and reported it to COJ and told it's not their problem. Then a crack was detected in the pipe - has it been fixed - your guess is as good as mine - the UCPA say they don't think so.<br> So now we have flooding and we were advised by a kind gentleman from the Environmental affairs to get the water tested because the COJ now say it is clean water. Testing done - there is 2419 per 100 ml of E coli in the water.... so it is dirty and sewerage. Once again we called the COJ Water Dept and they came out were rude and said the test was a lie and left.<br> Then the UCPA reported it again - and COJ say again it is not their problem and the UCPA must get a private plumber to come and see what is wrong. They called me to say they wont be doing that as they have no funds...... so we are stuck and don't know what to do. Help PLEASE
