My name is Penelope Dlamini,on Sunday morning I phoned city of Johannesburg regarding the sewer that is full in my yard and we cannot even use the kitchen as it is smelly and when you open the door the only thing u come across is people's 💩💩💩💩s..t I spoke to Lebogang on Sunday,Monday spoke to andreis, Wednesday spoke to smangele in the morning and during the day I phoned again and spoke to tsholofelo who transferred the call to her supervisor by the name of dumisane who also didn't give me the answer as to why they're not coming to fix the sewer he said he is phoning the derpo to find out instead of coming back to he gave the phone another man by the surname of Ncube who asked me what can he help with of which I expected the supervisor to explain to him or come back to but no he just gave it to Ncube who told me they don't have trucks and his not sure when will they help me meaning I'll stay with **** in my yard till the day they get the truck, yesterday I phoned again spoke to Ntando who told me my job card was only done on Tuesday maybe they will come during the day till today we are still sitting **** 💩💩💩💩💩around the yard worse there's a baby 🍼 how long does a person have to wait they get service from the municipality
