6 MONTHS AND NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL

It has been 6 months now that i app**** for a new water connection, i received the quote to install 4 months ago of which i paid for on the day. I have been in contact with everyone at the Randburg branch and the Zandfontein depot. No one has ever called me about it, i send emails ever few days and never a response. City of Johannesburg is sitting with my money and refuse to assist. My property is without water for 6 months.
