5 Stars to City of Joburg

I had a very surprising experience today when I needed to sort out my rates account with City of Joburg. I really didn't want to go in to Braamfontein, so I decided to try the Region C offices at the Civic Centre in Roodepoort. Even though the center was busy, I was well received, and received excellent service and advice.

The premises were clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and well trained in the services that they were offering.

I wish all of the municipal services were as good as this Service Centre.
