5 Days no water

Our water went off on Friday morning(Berea JHB)and since then the water only comes back during the night then the taps are dry again in the morning. We have logged the call and were given a ref no. ***<br> Last night technicians came after 9pm and said our building has a problem we need to get a plumber and buy a pump as the water pressure is not rising to the top. I asked him why is it that the water has been working properly all along until JHB Water started with this whole infrastructure upgrade. That means they have done something to interrupt the system. We cant live like this and its not fair!!!!! CAY YOU PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS AS A MATTER OF URGENCY..... Liz
