24 hour turn around time actually means a week

<p>On Wednesday the 15 March 2017 at around 11 am we had a visit from Johannesburg water - who were allegedly testing our water meter (which has been giving us problematic readings and is under dispute). My husband found them outside and informed them of this. Whereupon they said it's all sorted, check in the house everything is fine now. A little while later the meter stopped and hasn't been come back on since. It is now Saturday, 18 March. I have called numerous times and was told that someone is being sent to our property and will be there in 24 hours. It's now nearly 72 hours and we still have no water and no help. Ref num ********** 141 has allegedly been escalated but even still. No water for us. </p>
