2 months and I still have not gotten my refund

I sent in a claim as my drain outside of my house was blocked, and City of Jhb approved my claim as this was their fault for not coming out to assist, they approved a refund for me 2 months ago, and I am still waiting for my money, they are quick to take money from us for outstanding accounts but not quick enough when they owe us any money, 2 months that is ridiculous
