Worst customer service at City of Cape Town

The water and rates section at the Liberty Promenade in Mitchells Plain is shocking. I have no words to describe the pathetic service those ladies offer to our parents. My mother has been sent back 3times this week with no proper information. City of Cape please work on educating your staff in customer service I am beyond disgusted in their level of service at Liberty Promenade municipalities office.
