Without power for four days

Hi I have been without power since Sunday. I then logged a call and I was told the turn around time is 24hrs. I've been calling for follow up all they say we will escalate your call and given a ref nr nothing happens. I also send a what's up, an email to: *** including subcouncil Manager of the ward I'm under, they were doing a follow up since yesterday morning.

I'm highly disappointed to City of Cape Town as they claim, Its the best run municipal in SA. "The city that works for you" really and It's not working for me, it works for the elite.

Even load shedding was way better than this at least after 2hrs I know I will have power back. This is the fourth day without electricity, you can imagine what I going through.
