Wires causing power outages and no maintenance

In Gugulethu phaphama street Ny 114, we had no power from Friday (21 March 2025) and the electricity was fixed on Saturday (22 March 2025)..this morning Wednesday (25 March 2025) we wake up to no electricity, and when we call for maintenance to come fix the problem it’s either they don’t come or come the following day after hours(overtime). Please come in for maintenance as soon as possible because our food is getting spoiled because of no electricity…At Ny114 Gugulethu 7750 (Phaphama street)
