WHAT A POOR SERVICE I JUST RECEIVED FORM ONE OF YOUR AGENCY WOW.I have been waiting for almost a year for my paving to be repaired after it was damaged by a water leak from your pipes. Today, officials from the City of Cape Town arrived, but no one bothered to inform us or even call beforehand. We only noticed that work had been done when we saw that the paving had been damaged even further. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the additional damage caused to my property. I am calling their callcentre the agent the keeps on dropping my call. ***
