'We don't give a **** about our customers, visitors or residents...'

I spent an hour trying to call swimming pools in Cape Town to see if any were open . All except one of the numbers 'do not exist'. The one I got through to was Newlands....which is still closed after 7 years of repairs! Cape Town...a world class city...hilarious! I am ashamed to be a Capetonian today.....
