way over due waiting period

My electricity box is broken and have no power since thursday 23rd July at about 7:30 I reported the problem and no-one came to fix the box and it's Saturday morning 1:46am after I have phoned 3 times and was told that the waiting period is 3 - 4hrs after a call was logged.
