City of Cape Town Water and Sanitation Department realy doesn’t care i have been out of water since April and i have reported the broken pipe infront of my water meter and still not sorted , it is very difficult living with no water for this long. Can someone help I am tired of calling everyday. Is maybe because i am staying in a Township? My Ref *** second Ref *** I am very annoyed and everytime i call i get told different story and also get new reference with different turnaround times
