Was told will clean in 30 days, it's 13 day over

I wrote in to complain about a road Lelyfontein Close, Westridge Mitchell's Plain that is terribly dirty and was not cleaned up once in years that I have been living here. I was told it will be cleaned in 30 days as I wrote in on the 30 November and it's the 13 January already. This place is getting worst and it's become a health hazards. <br> I have continuously sent an email reminding them an email and on their Facebook page. I'm still waiting on urgent reply. <br>
