Warrant of arrest

Someone has what appears to be a duplicate of my licence plate on a old bakkie and is building up traffic offences. I have dedicated 10 days to resolving the problem including 1 court appearance after a bench warrant was issued for my arrest. Today I have received notification that a wararnt has been issued for the same notice number.
