Waiting 4months for a Pre-Paid Meter!!!!

On the 17th of May 2024, I went to the Plumstead Municipal Office to apply for my old Electricity Meter/Board to be converted into a Prepaid Meter (***). I waited patiently for about 2 hours and completed all the required paperwork; the person who assisted me was accommodating.

Four months later, NO PREPAID METER has been installed!!!! Shocking!

I've called several times (accumulated almost R120 in call-waiting fees), and each time I speak to a person, they're as shocked as I am, but the end result is the same.

When they say, "This City work for you"; who are they referring to!!!!
