Vehicle License

I to like to complain about the INCOMPETENCY! of the City of Cape Town licensing department and their system. I app**** for my vehicle license online over a month and a half ago. I am to date still waiting on the license. I went today to the license department to license my other vehicles that are expiring end of November, After standing in the queue from 5:30am to be told at 9:30am that I cannot license my other vehicles because I have an expired license on my name that I paid for online but which the city has not processed all my vehicles cannot be licensed. So I will soon be driving around with an unlicensed vehicle because of the city and may be fined by the city because my license is expired. I feel like screaming because all they say is there is nothing they can do I just have to wait for the process, WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
