Useless Traffic Dept

The traffic lights on the R300 to Jacques Gerwel Drive was off during loadshedding. This is a major road interchaning and you could not keep the lights on for 2 and a half hours or send a traffic cop ???.

The same thing happened on Suikerbossies/Frans Conradie during loadshedding in the afternoon ... a major interchange and the robots were off and no traffic cops in sight
