UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE WITH BAD ATTITUDE

I visit Brackenfell traffic Department today with my daughter to book an appointment for her learner drivers. I was helped by Margaret Springbok. I just want to share her aggressive unprofessional attitude with the public. She treated me with such disrespect. She humiliated me and my daughter in front of her colleques and the public in the manner how she addressed me. She has no way how to speak to people. She is really an embarrassment to been seen as an employee for the traffic department of Brackenfell. She is suppose to be the face for the traffic department. Shame on you Margaret Springbok.
