Unbelievable service!

On Thursday 9 April our wheelie bin was ****** on refuse removal day. I reported it to the City of Cape Town later that day. Almost immediately I began to receive sms's on the progress with my complaint. Today, Saturday 11 April, my new wheelie bin was delivered! Well done CoCT - that is unbelievable service.
