Traffic light arrangement

I would like to report a traffic light in Swaartklip and Spine Road. I request an additional traffic lights arrows that direct traffic from Swaartklip Rd into Spine Rd because we experiencing a high volume of vehicles in the afternoon driving from Moreganster RD side and people are ****** in that area it's unsafe in the afretnoon please assist
