a friend of mine app**** for a COA certificate in September last year and was only told this year that the processes changed. no feedback was given even though se followed up weekly. today she was told that an inspector was assigned to do a site visit but this person is on leave as well as half of that department. a case number was given too her but basically 12 months of broken contact and my friend about to lose her contract as she cant get an inspector to do his job.
