Sub-standard service

Purchased electricity from SPAR, Uitzicht on 17 November 2018 for R850-00 and received 438,20 units. Purchased electricity from SPAT, Uitzicht on 18 December 2018 for R850-00 and received 401,00 units, difference of 37,20 units. Logged onto the Municipal website (Electricity Complaints) more than two weeks ago, with NO RESPONSE to date. This is how the City serves it citizens !!!!!!!!
