Street lights failure posses a safety risk for residents.

I am very disappointed with the City of Cape Town's service regarding streetlight repairs in Lower Crossroads. It has been three months since I reported the issue, and the streetlights in my area are still not fixed. I logged a call with reference number ***, yet there has been no action or follow-up.

This lack of response is frustrating and concerning, as the street remains dark, which poses a safety risk to the community. I urge the City of Cape Town to prioritize this issue and take immediate action.
