Service delivery

On Saturday 21/11/2015 we noticed no water came out thr taps. It was reported immediately. After over R50.00 wasted airtime the call was logged and I received a reference number. Sunday(22/11/2015) went pass and on Monday(23/11/2015) still no water. I phoned again and I was assured that this is priority situation can that before end of day Waterworks would respond. Today is Tuesday(24/11/2015) and after 5 phone calls still no response even though its a \priority".We have to rely on neighbours for water to drink"
