RUNNING WATER AND WATER METER ******

I been battling with the City of Cape Town to repair my water meter outside my premises in the road. It is persistently leaking and the tap cover has been ****** by \tikkoppe". I have logged call numerous times and already and nobody comes out to fix the leak or replace to ****** cover.<br> <br> This is unacceptable service which i am paying every month as a citizen of Cape Town for my rates.
