Renewal of vehicle license

I have paid my vehicle license disc on the 16th of February upon which it was said that I should have my disc within 8 working days. I have been waiting ever since to receive it. When I phoned, they said it was posted and I will have to wait it out. Since then my disc has now expired and I have already gotten 3 fines. This is definitely not what I would expect from an online service.<br> <br> My colleague has also been through the same process. She renewed in November 2015 and battled up until February 2016. I am still unaware if she even received her disc. She was also fined several times by the traffic department due to the delay in receiving her license disc.
