Refusal of giving me information
I request the city to give me the full information of my husband property now that I am waiting for letter of authority as we have married customary marriage and have all documents (death certificate, ID, Bi forms,lobola documents) and all they are in their original state. But they can't give me information and I have requested them not to do anything in the process of eg change of ownership without me

04 Sept 2023, 05:54It is a huge disgrace to find that *****ulent processes already started in the property in question while I am waiting for legal documents my father in law already proceeded. While I was requested to submit legal documents. He managed to get full information while deceased Original ID and death certificate are with me I think the concern person will do the agent follow up on this matter as I have forwarded my contacts Z.B Makhanda

It is a huge disgrace to find that *****ulent processes already started in the property in question while I am waiting for legal documents my father in law already proceeded. While I was requested to submit legal documents. He managed to get full information while deceased Original ID and death certificate are with me I think the concern person will do the agent follow up on this matter as I have forwarded my contacts Z.B Makhanda

1. Copy of the death notice of the deceased (J294) issued by the Master's Office or the death certificate
2. Copy of Acceptance of trust as Executor (Form J190) or Copy of the Letter of Executorship (J238)
3. Certified ID Copy of the deceased person and executor
This is a national government requirement for those acting on behalf of a deceased estate.

07 Sept 2023, 04:52I acknowledge the feedback but there is one thing left on my request forensic department to research about the inter action done *****ulently by your worker who managed to change everything of the property in question without any of mentioned above documents while I am still collecting them.
