refuge not removed

I have tried contacting blaauberg municipality on all yhe contact numbers as advertised on the internet and it just ring or gives you a line not in use tone. This has been the 4th week that the refuge removal people show late or not at all, this is becoming a health issue and a loophole for ***** that use the dirt bins to break into houses.
