Rapid response

I am currently teaching in Middle East. My neighbour in SA phones me to say that my yard is flooded. Hopelessly I phone the call centre. I was greeted by a friendly voice on the other side and was promised that things will be raken care of. Thank you Monique. The water leak was repaired the next day! God bless!!♡
