poor service on basic feedback.
Logged a service request weeks ago and still no feedback. When calling the call Centre, I have been transferred to three different departments and no one is competent enough to help. No feedback at all. Not fair to call yourself world class city. Service request number ***

One of our colleagues will call you to explain the process that needs to be followed in order for you to be able to lower the kerb. A permit application form has been emailed to you, which on approval, will allow you to work on the road reserve and lower the kerb.
