Poor service from City if Cape Town water and sanitation department

I am very disappointed with the poor service I received from the city of Cape town. Here is my bad experience.....On 28 January 2025 a pipe burst from the bathroom. Attempts were made to switch off the water from the water meter which is outside the fence but we discovered that the stop**** was faulty and could not switch off water flow. I immediately logged a call and I managed through a WhatsApp number that is provided after I waited on the phone for close to an hour. Up until today 4 March 2025 the problem has not been resolved and I have logged 3 calls already and none of them have been attended. Until today I have been waiting and I can't even fix the damages in the bathroom.
