Poor service

Tried to renew my licence. Found it blocked due to a fictitious record. After a long search found it was logged my an F Scholtz, phone numbers ***. None of the numbers get answered, so I did some further digging and found found the actual fine and a photo of the vehicle. It was for me clear they had the wrong car registration, due to an M captured as an N. Not only do the public have to do the due diligence but it impossible to get the message across. Do the City of Cape town even realise the impact of poor information uses and not doing the effort to ensure the right person fined. The impact on the person incorrectly fined and a warrant instituted is huge
