Poor service delivery from the city of cape Town municipality

I live in Asanda Village, Strand. I have a problem of the water coming from one of the burst pipe next to my yard. My whole yard is full of water. My neighbors also have this oroblem. I went to report the matter to the municipality in Somerset on the 7th of April 2021 and also sent several smes. They came on the 15th. They dug a whole next to my gate and used the machinery to drain the water from that hole. The next thing they left without fixing anything and the situation is getting worse. There is water al***** in my yard. They also dug out my water meter and left it uncovered. Can someone help me.
