Poor service

I received a sms from COCT on Friday, 27 Sept. 2024 to enter water meter reading before 4 Oct. 2024. I go down to the street to read the meter reading, log onto website, It has been already done today. This is happening regularly every month.Is this really designed to irritate rate payers? Same thing with the robots around Durban road. It has been reported months ago and nothing happens, Small side streets stay green forever and busy intersections like Kendal do not even allow 3 cars to turn right. Common guys you are paid to do a job properly not to fall asleep on it.
