Poor poor service

I recently contacted the City of Cape Town to trim a tree in front of my house. I received feedback that I must give them 110 days in order for it to be trimmed. One day two gentleman arrived at my house to trim the tree. They wanted to cut the tree down as they said it was dead.I stopped them as i could see that new leaves was coming out. A week later I received an email from Sinesipho Yelani claiming that I have damaged the tree. I send him footage and asked whether the people you see on the image are from the City of Cape Town. I can now understand why people receive a R400 000.00 water account.
