Poor communication

You guys need to update YOUR public about start times at the Civic instead of having YOUR public travel from far and wide to make use of your services, only to be told they start at 8AM.

Website says 7AM, but conveniently only signs and people who work here know its 8AM.

I thought we supposed to be the best Province??? Doubt it....
