Pleased by the service from the City of Cape Town

I would like to share my experience with an employee of the city of cape town. I am a resident from Elsiesriver/Avonwood/CL Adams Avenue. This is an area that I feel is overlooked for its beauty and potential. We moved here last year and have faced a few challenges example: leak outside, high overgrown bushes on the open land opposite our house. This morning I was called by a kind and well spoken city of cape town official named Xolisa. He followed up on the concerns I logged a while ago and even opted to follow up on the high overgrowth issue.

This is the type of service we deserve as tax paying citizens. The call caught me off guard but I truly am glad for the leadership in that department and the people they select to occupy customer service positions.

Keep up the good work, I would give six stars if possible.
