Pathetic service from COCT

The city does not work for me AT ALL. Been requesting to have a main sewer line unblocked for the past 6 days. 6 days without being able to use the facilities, no washing, cleaning, toilet usage NOTHING. We have to go to family members to use their facilities. City send me from pillar to post with their promises of service delivery promptness. 6 days of nothing but me wasting my energy, time, frustration & money every time I had to contact them. Extremely disappointed.
